Viewing 6 Weeks

Would you like to see 6 weeks in the Calendar's month view? Drag your mouse across 6 weeks in the navigation calendars. (It's easier if you have 2 or more months of navigation calendars showing).

You can also use this method to workaround Outlook's inability to put the current week at the top of the screen by selecting "this week" as the first week in the selection

Delay Sending

Do you use Send immediately but sometimes wish you could take back the message? While Recall doesn't work very well, you can delay each message a few minutes just in case you change your mind.

Create an after sending rule and from the Action screen, choose defer sending for a specific number of minutes. You can apply the rule to all messages (don't choose a condition) or apply it to messages based on specific conditions, holding them for up to 120 minutes.

Combine Two Calendars

A lot of users ask: "I have two different calendars in Outlook. Can I get them into one calendar?"

Easy, switch to a table view - By category view works great for this - then click on one item, press Ctrl+A to select all and drag to the default calendar. You can also cut and paste after selecting all or choose Edit, Move to (Ctrl+Shift+V).
